Making railway reservation easier
1:- to avoid layer of railway agent, start tracking ip address from where bulk reservation are coming from.
2: - start tracking credit card information number which is used for bulk reservation.
3: - babu/clerk who are helping reservation agent can be track by simply checking which clerk has made similar reservation in past 6 months.
if we implement aforesaid check in place, then a common man can make reservation without help of agent. more

The analysis of Mr Nair is correct as you can book ticket online for all European Rails in India but you cannot do it for IR in India as it is delibrate with the colonial mindset of Railway brass. more

Railway should focus more on online booking, it is noticed during peak time none of the online booking work and its done purposefully so that people go to agents as they have their people standing in ques and genuine people even after standing que at night don't get tickets ..... I was surprised to know most of the online ticket booking get rejected at payment gateway either after deduction or after submitting for payment.....This is a strange tacticks because once the app connect to payment gateway why should the system hang or reject the request . Done purposefully to harass common man more

Discourage rail travel on trivia . REMOVE 50% senior Citizen/sick/students rebates. NO Concession for anybody. No free issue for armed forces . They buy Like all do. more
