Making reliable service affordable

I agree with Shikha ji completely. The efforts of the Government must be to make reliable after sales service affordable in India which is currently not the case.

Ministry of IT, Consumer Affairs and others seem to be failing. Media is failing as well. Mist journalist will busy posing with Apple CEO instead of asking tought questions of him.

I am sorry just because U are apple u cant charge 5000 for a replacement charger and 16000 if my screen cracks or goes black. more

I fully agree to the point that after sales service should be cheaper. Branded items like apple etc are charging enormous amount for no justified reason. This is further related to a situation when people will stop buying their products if repairing cost is exorbitantly high. The company must look into this else they will have to pack their baggage sooner or later. more
Apple products sell at a vast premium which is unjustified. Most people who use Apple products just want to show off to boost their social status. If you just look at cost benefit, you will never buy a Mac or an iPhone. more
Madam Do you really think GOI is bothered about citizens and voters interests at all - they just wanted power votes they got simple ? jee  rg would not consider apple even ?  On Saturday, 22 April, 2023 at 10:55:41 am IST, Garima Sharma wrote: more
How much have all of us read about Insurance companies claim on Input tax evasion in news papers. Now the education and hospital business which is full of profits is entering the insurance. Dwindling the finances and throwingloss on face is the intention. But surplus is much higher. Showing loss under insurance not happening. So left with Taking more offshore business for diversion of funds. more
Thank you for brining the point Mr K C Rana. more
