Mandatory Action on Crime against Women by Police
LocalCircles members who since 2018 have been vocal about crime against women. I remember u did petitions etc. well attached is the good news for all women. MHA has issued an order last night and now police has to mandatorily take action against any crime reported against women. Attached is the order. Keep a copy of it handy just in case. Also if any men troll you on social media, given them the warning by sending to them. more

Enacting and enforcing the laws are two different aspect. Most of the time Laws are enacted only not to implement. strict and timebound enforcement action is the need of the hour. Any body flouting the laws should be dealt with heavy hand irrespective of status and appointment. more

The Government though would want to enact a law to introduce death sentence the corrupt, anti national opposition parties especially the corrupt CONgress will not allow the bill to be passed. Secondly the powers of granting bail and parole by the corrupt judiciary should be withdrawn more

Until and unless are laws are made strict, nothing is going to change. If rape is proved then death sentence is the only punishment to be given. more

Strong enforcement against small crimes is most important, only then big crimes will be reduced. It is easy to control small crime. If we are not prepare small crimes, forget to control end point crimes. Control on small crimes, will improve general behavior of people at large. more
