' The equipment owned by the Corporation are as applicable. The equipment’s i.e Cylinder and Pressure regulator are given on loan basis. In case of any defect is observed in the equipment’s during its usage, the same are replaced free of cost after inspection by the concerned Indane distributor.
Further it is understood that -Further, the Corporation or the Distributor have the right to inspect the installation including appliance at any time and if considered necessary, for the reasons of safety'
'IOCL through Indane distributors trained mechanic conduct safety audit of the domestic installation once in a every five years at the customers premises for which the customer is required to pay nominal charges to his/her distributor'

However the so called trained mechanics just do visual inspection & check the regulator by blowing from mouth
, since they are just trained to get the fees paid & issue a certificate which is ust an eye wash & in no way meet checking as per BIS Regulations for a LPG Regulator
