1. Land Acquisition Rights to Governments to cater the benefits and welfare measures to the Citizen of India listed in the Constitutional Laws is to be endowed to the Government Certainly under the Constitutional Amendment since without Land at the infrastructure availability is of NO USE. 2. Though Power & Electricity is the main energy to take up the manufacture , process and Fabrication activities to Economically self sufficient to cater the needs of People under the constitutional responsibility , The Political Parties for their own backed interests creating lot of obstacles either in the name of Environment or with the demand of multiple times the land cost for shift over at some times though struggling due to lack of water , Fertility etc., 3. There are many Power projects that were so willfully objected by the Political Parties and NO POLITICAL PARTY IS WISELY COMING UP WITH ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTIONS. EVEN THE COURTS ALSO COULD NOT HELP EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF TAMILNADU POWER PROJECT STOOD AS A SET EXAMPLE. 4. All the Political supporters , wealthy personalities though have the same responsibility being Indian Citizen ; and being known the importance and essentiality of Production units to step to help the poor people of remote areas ARE NO AT ALL REALISING BEING SIMPLY DIVERSIFYING THEMSELVES TO ONLY MARKETING BUSINESS WITH IMPORTED AND SOME INDIAN MAKE WHICH IS AGAINST THE INTEREST OF THE MOTHER INDIA. 5. There is absolute need of joining hands by both Executive and Judiciary for the clearance of this miracle issue ; OR the Government shall opt Joint Session of Parliament to resolve these such PROMINENTLY ESSENTIAL BILLS at-least for the sake of Self sufficiency to Indian Constitution . more
