Massive Underbilling solution
I raised the issue about how distributors for transportation purposes have been underbilling. Like sack of bidis worth 50000 for 5000.
Most of the products have MRP these days. Either legal metrology teams or tax inspectors must be deployed to do random checks. So if a product has billing price of 10 and MRP of 100, the ttansporter and the shipper/receiver must be booked.

They are like heavenly cloths which are visible only to the blessed for others it looks as normal. we are in chelega and chelta hai culture that is why those who are aware of those activities also can not see them.Achhe din ayenge. Tomorrow will be brighter. more

Two bill book (pakka, Kacha), under billing, lost of goods etc different way to fool officials. For officials ways of income. more

Sir these things happen with the connivance of officials ONLY. These are common with electrical and automobile parts from Delhi. Vessel manufacturers in Mint area is a classic example. They only give estimates and NO BILL unless vehemently demanded. more

All the departments must be under close supervision of higher authorities and any lapses should be subject to enquiry. more

We Indians are an ingenious lot. Any Law or Rule which is contemplated to be passed...even before it is done so...the Chartered Accountants & Lawyers would do its postmortem and find ways and means to bypass the same. Our Law Colleges and Educational Institutes throw out more number of crooks every year. So whether it is Government Department like Weights & Measures, FSSAI or any other agency, there is always provision and loopholes pre-identified to escape paying taxes. more
