Max life incurance is a cheat

I bought max life insurance 8 yrs back. The agent did not tell me about the terms and condition. I asked her about the locking period and she told me i need to continue it for atleast 5 yrs. after 8 yrs when i surrended it these guys gave only 30% of the total value i deposited. This is cheating and these guys have their tag line called SACCHI ADVICE. Plz guide what to do. more

max life is using unfair practises. i filed a cosumer compliant and the same is in my favour and the case is reported in DNA mumbai in december 2015 more

i told my wife not to take a policy who commits so much of freebies...she didn't hear. for your info mr Santosh had arranged to send the freebies. IRDA should keep an eye on all theses commitments made by the insurance companies. moreover insurance companies are becoming investment companies. most of the companies are not settling the claims taking some excuse or the other. in US, they jokingly say if a person send a communication before jumping from the 10th floor, his claim will be settled before he lands on the ground......and see all the us/euro companies making collaboration with indians are doing nonsense with the insuree. more
