McCains Frozen Food Not Hygenic

I have purchased McCains Smilies 1.25 Kg, cost Rs.275/=, mfg. Date 19/06/2017.

When I opened the pack it was sticky, fungus & stinking stuff inside, instead of raw fresh smilies, as mentioned by McCains.

I called up McCains Toll Free Phone # 1800 117 181 ten times but it was just passing time & complaint could not be registered.

I want McCains to enquire about the matter & refund the above said amount or replace the above-mentioned McCains Smilies pack as earliest as possible.

I would like the matter to be resolved ASAP, else I will be forced to post the complaint in Facebook, WhatsApp & Twitter with Pics & video.

Inconvenience caused to you in this regard is regretted.
