MCD CURRUPTION
Need your legal advice on this issue as MCD maintenance department sanction 4.80lakh for renovation work of Govt. flat in Jan. 2017 & assigned contractor to do work with in 3-4 mnths time but he does not start the work but in May 2017 contractor started the work to adjacent flat alotted to AE whose contractor was different when we file RTI seeking information for delay in work to dept. with in 10 days he approached us and started work but denying to do the work according to work out as JE/AE concernd dept helping their colegue in renovation of his flat instead of doing our work & EE who is PIO & head of Mentinance dept replying in RTI that no questions has asked in your RTI. Pls. guide me whom to write or approach. In response to RTI reply I appeal First Appalate and waiting for their reply. Kindly give yours valuable advice. more

sir,it is worst corruption but you see in tamilnadu,namakkal district,tiruchengode,andipalayam village survey no 139/2a pattano199 vao,deputythasildar anandan and rdo mahathma and district revenue officer palanisamy get lanjam and corrupt patta takes wrong name and wrong survey.vao get 100000inr and deputy tashildar get 50000 inr and rdo mahathma get 150000 and alll 500000 inr in district revenue officer palanisamy.that cm palanisamy government develop and running wrong government in corrupt .recently super star rajini kanth and actor kamalhassan says that government is lanjam and corrupt government.so modiji you take decision in tamilnadu 1 year governer rule.please amith shah ji you take decision governor rule and save tamil peoples. more

Your remedy is multiple & Multitudinous : 1. Civil 2. Criminal 3. Authorities mainly Govt. 4. Consumer 5. Other Wherein you can take measures to get Immediate STAY so to prevent the existing work which is related to your areas and non complaisance of the same. Most of the above remedies are Cost, Time & Efforts consumed whereas in Others i.e. the Writ to High Court may cost you bit more but will certainly fetch some immediate remedies. Pl. be noted that the HC may ask you at irst instances that whether other remedies are availed or NOT for that purposes you have to make/lodge your grievances to all the forums available by making applications. Last but not the least the State Consumer Commission will certainly be at your rescue for compensation as well as immediate stay. Pl. consult with good lawyer for all the course of actions IMMEDIATELY. more

You must use social media to glorify the corruption in Corporations. But after your work is started. Corruption is prevailing in all MCD in Delhi. You can also use media for publishing your problem / grievance. more

Already work is going on and I m not satisfied with the work done by contractor and his mistry bcos the seapage in flat goes worse to worsen conditions & all three JE/AE/EE r supporting contractor instead of rectifying the mistakes done by contractor & mistry. We make such kind of platform to fight against corruption but no body here r to takes action more

sir, you telling is true yours right,in tamilnadu,namakkaldistrict,tiruchengode taluk andipalayam village survey no 130/2a patta no199 the district revenue officer palanisamy take lanjam and corruption 500000 inr that all the names in the patta is wrong,need high official enquiry ,but that chief minister palanisame develop corruption in revenue department .tamilnadu government is worst....... more
