MCG election

Gurgaon is a joke for the Babu's and Politicians.... 1. The MCG was created to provide an "umbrella organization" to take over ALL the functions of government (executive) in Gurgaon, and elections were held so that the city could be run by elected officials...... finally... in place of Elected ones. 2. The MCG has failed to "rope-in" and integrate the various Govt offices it was supposed to absorb...... DTCP (Private Developments), HUDA (Infrastructure and HUDA Colonies), PWD (Roads, Sewage, Water, etc)... and the there is, of course, the Police that reports to "no one" in Gurgaon..... the bosses all are in Chandigarh. 3, DTCP is the most corrupt government department as it has failed to issue Completion Certificates since 1960's and keeps renewing licences every one/two years knowing fully that the buyers continue to suffer due to incomplete facilities. (I personally live in Malibu Towne which got its first permit in 1995.... yes 20+ years back..... we still don't have the common facilities like... clubhouse, schools, temple, etc... and roads/lighting are a "mess". What does DTCP do...... renew the licences every year or two.... as the project stays.... stationary. Complaints by residents are washed/wished away by lying officials repeatedly and shamelessly). 2. HUDA and PWD.... the less said the better..... just look at the roads, sewage/water problems, etc... was MCG not created to "fix" all this. 3. MCG.... Go to their office and try to pay /question your taxes.... they cannot justify anything.... Payments made to past MCG "camps" are disowned as they were made to "contractors" and then they charge (exorbitant) interest even though the payments were made and are not "recognized" by their computers even though hard copies of receipts are presented, which are ignored completely. Letters handed over to their officials are never responded to or taken into consideration. The interesting thing is these officials have managed to achieve this "slick and corrupt" modus operandi.... in barely two years time.... no problem with "brain power" and commitment here! 4. Now they want to create "another" Development Council...... these babus repeatedly rape the public and the new one just says... we did not do it the others did it... then repeat the same and another avatar shows up.... over and over again....
