I am quite fond of these biscuits.However I recently observed that the lot packed on 21.07.17 is sold at the same price as the earlier one packed in May 2017 but the weight has been reduced from 150 gm to 120 gm.
This packing was only recently available in shops.

Please do give the entire information: Date of manufacture, Date of Packing, Batch & Lot numbers, and, if possible, the machine number of both of your purchases - May 2017 and 21.07.2017 - for better building up your case. I would request to all such complainants to, please, keep wrappers or packing of all such goods for reference purposes. more

The sooner you accept a situation that prices shall fall down, the better it is for you. Do not believe politicians whosoever it is specially of the present Government. When the rate of taxes have been increased how someone can expect price reduction. A simple example of showing that the price reduction was and is not an objective of the Government is the petroleum products have been kept out of GST purview. more

Yeah,the pack sure looks smaller and the taste has changed.I preferred the taste when they were called HobNobs more
