Measures of reassurance in J&K

The return to normalcy slowly is expected now that restrictions are lifted gradually.
People who are carried away by propaganda of Pakistan and anti nationals word by mouth utterances must be assured by information and good intentions of the GOI that normalcy will be restored.
Media is doing a good job and news papers too have joined in objective reporting .
The doubts of many that a large number of rich business men, real estates dealers will buy off their land and properties is to be addressed.
Local people must get financial aid, loans and advice from govt ,industrial, banking officials immediately .
Political Speeches in mosques which is very common must be banned .
More infrastructural development must be done in war footing .
More hospitals, higher education institutions and more industries must be brought in immediately .
Markets for local products and export must be arranged in a big way so that prosperity dawns soon on the common man.
Scholerships, loans for studies to all students aspiring for higher education must be provided.
A complaint redressal cell must be opened 24x7 by the head of state to quickly dispose justice through his good offices to instill confidence in citizens .
Other states must open up their institutions for them
Public relation exercises like loan mela , job mela, recruitment to forces ,celebrations of govt functions , religious functions ,speeches by senior citizens and leaders will help in lessening the apprehensions.
Rest of India want to see that Kashmir with Jammu and Ladakh prosper rapidly . more

When economic development takes place everybody gets the benefit even if wealthy people are buying property it will create a higher market value for the property and those who are selling also will get the benefit. Likewise if industries come and tourism is developed everybody in the sate will derive the benefit. Alternatively if only terrorism and anti-nationalism thrives who will be the beneficiary? Let's think and take it positively. more
Those forcibly had sold away / Expelled shall be given Free Govt Lands. more
Peace will return to J & K only if development and growth are noticed and experienced in the foreseeable future by people over there as promised by PM couple of days back through his national TV appearance. Winning the minds and hearts of Kashmiris only will integrate the state into the main stream of the nation. Suppression of media and communication facilities may work for the short period & not too long lest it will bring more tension & terrorism will blossom. So PM and HM should handle the situation tactfully and ensure the Kashmiris reap the benefits, in the bear future, of aborogation of relevant sections of Articles of the Constitution of India. more
Great to see Bharat is emerging in the positive direction. more
If suggestions from this group are good, we should continue. The GOI will implement a few of them only considering all angels. more
The political transformation of J&K in the first week of August 2019 reminded me of the merging of East and West Germanys in 1989. The decision on the fall of the Berlin Wall was not easy and without hurdles. So is the transformation of J&K. In 1989, Industry/Finance/Banking/Tourism/Housing/Schooling etc. etc. had to be taken care of. It was not easy and economical. West Germany had to invest much much more than expected in order to bring their East German brethren up to their economic level. Sacrifices were made. The government had levied a "reunion tax" too. It would be wise for us, who live outside of J&K, also to be prepared to make similar sacrifices in order to help the people of J&K and Ladakh to permanently and "really" integrate into India. By the way, "banning people from activities, if these are not criminal, is not a definition of democracy !!! more
Exactly. Corporates, NRIs , Entrepreneurs of INDIA SHALL TAKE PART IN JK, L for fast and simultaneous development along with GOI . THIS IS THE PRIME REMEDIAL MANAGEMENT needed. more
