Measures taken by India against Pak

Post the Pulwama terror attack India has done following and I feel
So proud. More is needed.

1. To stop its share of water from eastern rivers flowing to Pakistan, Nitin Gadkari today said India would stop its share of water from three eastern rivers, namely Ravi, Beas and Sutlej, from flowing to Pakistan. The water would be diverted to serve the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab.
"The construction of dam has started at Shahpur-Kandi on Ravi river. Moreover, UJH project will store our share of water for use in J&K and the balance water will flow from 2nd Ravi-BEAS Link to provide water to other basin states."

Under the Indus Water Treaty of 1960, India has complete rights over three common rivers, namely Ravi, Beas and Sutlej.

2. Withdrawal of MFN status
The first big decision that the Indian government took post the Pulwama attack was to withdraw the Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status to Pakistan. The decision means Pakistan would no more get preference in trade agreements.

3. Customs duty hike
Post the deadly terror strike, the Indian government announced that it was hiking customs duty on import of all goods from Pakistan to 200 per cent with immediate effect. India mainly imports fruits and nuts, gypsum, sulphur, finished leather goods, ores, mineral oils and cement.

4. Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service suspended
India has suspended the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service in the wake of the Pulwama terror attack. The key bus service connects Jammu and Kashmir with Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. more

This is all hogwash, in view of forthcoming 2019 general elections. What stopped Modi from sorting out Kashmir problem by fully integrating with India? All else is eyewash & wouldn't solve anything. more
The decision to conduct JK Elections alongwith General Elections in April/May,is the 1st step which would give scope for integrating JK solving the problem under Constitutionally available Provisions to enact the requisite Amendments . I think this will be carried at National Interest as well as the interest of suffering people of that Area. more
We were not afraid of UN for uniting GOA, Sikkim against any international problem then whom should we fear in stopping our own share of water or applying other war techniques such as stopping enemy's ration route/ water supply which are essential to teach a lesson to such a rouge state. Similarly whom should we fear in unifying Kashmir, which is integral part of India by scraping out Art. 35A & 370, which were temporary transit provisions not even for initial 10 years like that of SC/ST, which has infected the country like a cancerous tumor where every other day OBC's, JATS, GURJJARS, PATELS call agitations claiming separate entity in divided HINDUS. more
The government has its limitation to retaliate against Pakistan, as it is to abide by various international laws and to certain extent to respect the opinion of the UN and other nations. Neither a war with Pakistan would be a wise decision, which would only cause destruction on both sides. Hence, the present strategy to make Pakistan aloof from world nations and platforms, as also creating immense economical pressure on it are better options to compel their government to behave with dignity and respect. But shifting all responsibilities for every odds of the country to Pakistan would not solve our problems. Instead, we should review our systems to identify the lapses on our part and initiate necessary remedial measures on war footing and those found guilty of security lapse, if any, must be taken into task irrespective of their ranks & files. more
Even as otherwise, Gandhiji' s comment was Independence without Pakistan is not acceptable AND is not an Independence atall. Since practically people of both places are already had shared livelihood having blood shared relatives.

Pakistan even now inevitably to maintain Safety of Livelihood of Families living in both the areas LIKE THE EXTENDED COORDINATION OFFERED BY ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE. For This, it is a must to eradicate and curb TERRORISM, ACTIVISM, AND AGGRESSIVE ELEMENTS even joining with World Terror Controlling Campaigns .

Every Country shall realize their Fundamental Responsibility for maintaining Peace, Safety and Security of the People living in their Territory which is the Basic principle of HUMANITY AND NATURAL JUSTICE. more
Why dilemma in stopping cricket with Pakistan? The principle of country first will be uphold in every decision. more
Any pak internal probe will only be an eyewash and the outcome will be nothing surprising. Water stopping should have been done long time back but i can not many common people would be knowing about it also the MFN status which was given. By killing pak economically it will ultimately have to beg . Also we need to again teach them a lesson and this is the right time to retrieve back pok by clearing all the terrorist gangs operating from there through land and air strikes . more
