Measures to restore confidence of Indians

Respected Modiji
I am more than confident that you will be the PM of this largest democratic country. My hearty congratulations and best wishes . I would like to request you to consider the following views to build more confidence among the Indians to serve better.
1. Corruption : This should be dealt firmly and fairly . No one should be spared. Most of the time people involved in corruption are left. I would suggest that people who are caught red handed should be asked to pay the money back using the following formula .eg. If one persons is caught taking Rs. 100.00 this should be multiplied by number
of days since he is working. If some one is working for three one year The total amount recovered should be from such persons will be 36500.00. Further, all the expenses such as the people in loved in investigation, rent for jail, judges fee and any other should be recovered from him. In addition the expenses incurred for recruiting such employees should also be recovered. This will help in getting the money back and can be used for welfare measures . Services of retired judges can be availed and the outcome should be delivered within thirty working days and these individual should not be recruited any more. Also all the privileges to their family should be ceased such as reservation in job etc.

2. Recruitment : At present there is two years probation for government , which should be replaced by tenure system. Eg. Faculty recruited should have six years of tenure where he or she gets all the perks , but their output in terms of quality should be monitored following six years either can be cleared for their tenure or can be extended. This should hold for all positions such as iAS, IPS , railways etc.

3.E governance : all the files should be tracked. People involved in delays should be asked to inform the reasons to the consumer during a stipulated time frame. No one should be asked to visit any offices.

4. All the police personnel should be well equipped with audio video recording during their duty. All the conversations should be recorded. This will help in making them more accountable

5. The scope of practice for all the health care professionals should be clearly defined. Most of the time health care professionals cross their boundaries leading to poor quality of services.

6. Make the health care services under the insurance ambient, so that any one can go any where. At present only ten persons of people can afford quality health care. This is due to the capitalism. Reduce the over all cost of health services in India.
7. VIP culture should be put off immediately .
8. All communication should be through e mode. All important meeting can also be done through video com fences this will reduce lot of unnecessary expenses and will save time.

8. You should be accessible to public .Pls respond to their issues.

9. AADHAR was one good scheme but badly managed. It's should be made as compulsory and robust one.

10. Improve the local buses and train services. They should provide quality services . All should have inbuilt cameras.

11. Make it mandatory that any thing one procures should be billed.

12. Please bring uniformity in taxation . Government employees are the one who have been suffering the most.

13.. Decentralise the powers at all levels .
