There should be some space within the trains where important medicines may be available. Hygiene side should be given highest priority. Some posting in Dailies gives enough information regarding dumping of Bed covers, Sheets etc at Toilet which needs top priority to be checked in and stopped immediately otherwise it demolishes the repute and glory of Indian Railways. more

Doctors should write within Brac MBBS otherwise it is difficult with the persons having Doctorate Deg in other Discipline and Any of the Railway Doctors may be requested to move with trains specially with important ones. more

National Health and Screening Programs on Trains: 23 million passengers per day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Railways), with nothing to do in the journey. If a "Clinic" coach is attached to selected long distance trains, it can be a unique opportunity to: 1) Screen for communicable and non-communicable diseases 2) Promote National Health Programs 3) Provide emergency services when needed. 4) Funding: Sponsors may offer other services to the passengers in the coach to fund these. A small fee, depending on class of travel, can fund the coaches and emergency services. However, adequate protection should be provided to service providers. more
