Dear Sir, YOu can ask for a detailed report from the admission to discharge hospital will prepare and submit on your request. You may not be able to findout in that, with that you can consult another physician and enquire on your doubts along with your legal advisor and file a case with Director Medical Sciences copy to Ministry of Health through my gov you have an option of loading your complaints. Complaints redressal mechanism is available, raise your complaint through that channel along with reports and legal notice served to that hospital. Automatically detailed enquiry will be placed and justice is expected. more  

There is Civil, Criminal and Consumer Remedies available. It is up to the claimant to decide which and to What extend he suffered and desire to go for. In Civil remedies - which is time and efforts consuming will give the returns as compensation. Criminal Remedies can Punish the intentional/deliberate negligences. Whereas the Consumer Forum can give less time consuming, speedy remedies in comparison with remaining two. more

Dear Mr Ravindra, my comments were incomplete. It is necessary that medical negligence has to be proved. First reserve the medical records. Second consult a doctor who can help you and find out that Pneumonia was a result of lack of adequate sterilization and disinfection or hospital rooms or ICU.Find out whether there were any other cases of such nature. Get the opinion of the doctor. Then consult an advocate.Let the advocate be a sincere person who has come interest in the welfare of the society.
