So when the doctors are exposed for taking bribes for prescribing ton of medicines of a particular type their association comes back and threatens whistel blowers.
Imagiine your own family being administered wrong medicine or an overdose. Just because you want the europe trip you want to prescribe a particular med. this is ridiculous
TII and LC surveys are being referred across the country. Can a TII-LC code of conduct be made as standard to sign by all medical companies and their reps.

Some of the private practitioners definitely prescribed excessive medicines which is definitely wrong, it should be discouraged. more

Some doctors are discouraging generic medicine by telling the patients that those medicines are not effective and advice them to buy a particular brand of medicine. 1.Medicine strips are having same MRP in both generic and non generic medicines . A common man can not identify which is generic and which is branded. The generic medical shops selling at a price about 10% ( RS 15.00 a sheet)of the MRP printed. If any other non generic medical shop sells the same generic medicine at MRP (Rs150), no one can identify that generic medicines are sold at par with branded ones. 2. If doctors are to be believed that some medicines are not effective, how to identify effective and non effective. If anyone can explain pl explain. more

I agree that cut practise should not be allowed or the margin should be fixed from labs. As regards to medicines, there should be no incentives to doctors based on volumes of medicines written. more

Doctors wants money for medical,lab, hospitals and Ambulance. Dr s this is noble job take rewards from God not from public. more
