Lay flat on floor. Raise your leg straight upto 10 deg. Hold it for 15 seconds. Repeat five times Lay flat on floor. Lift one leg upto 45 deg and bring it to other side ( if left leg bring to right side and similarly for right leg also). Sarvangasana, sethu bandhasana are more benefitial for back and sciatica. more
