Medplus GST over MRP

Medplus which is a pharmacy chain is also charging gst on mrp. Can someone tell me if metrologg inspectors visit pharmacies and what is the process to audit that gst isnt charged above mrp.

Are the Bangalore inspectors in this circle? more

Dear all, The suggestion of hvg the Mfr and or retailer gv the mb Nbr is that consumers can send msg and or WhatsApp msg. On landline u cannot send msg and generally they never respond to calls . The mb Nbr will b a record of calls,msg and whatsapp MSG's. The govt dept of consumer affairs must be more proactive in taking up consumers grievances and resolving these with the concerned mfrs /retailers. My Acer laptop has been repaired 6 times and Reliance Digital is just not ready to refund costs+interest. RD did not EVEN respond to CGSI. more

Not right .Must be reported to consumer councils of central govt ,check in Internet and report to them with proof. more

Such complaints of charging GST on MRP lies with State Controller of Legal Metrology as GST Council has nothing to do with this. more
