"Misuse" is written all over this section in the new law, utterly poorly drafted, and a goldmine for scamsters (in this case, fraudulent women). And - this will seriously erode men-women relationship to not one of love (in such cases), but purely monetary and marriage transactions. more

A provision should have been added providing for stringent punishment , to say a jail term of above 5 years, or so for those women who fail to prove her allegation of sexual harassment made with ulterior motives under the umbrella of the law without any further court hearing etc. on dismissal of the cases(s). She should immediately be put behind the bar. more

Promise can be implicit in actions! Already several men are being harassed under 'me too' movement. In US sex and rape has become a profitable business for enterprising attorneys. They boast about their specialisation and celebrities are the victims! more

But tactics are being used presently also. If a non deserving women denied promotion or transfer, she files sexual harassment case against her boss. She can't be scolded foe under performance or coming late. So is the prerogative of SC/ST employees to file case against boss. The laws are more misused and less used. This brings in huge business to police and courts. more
