Menace of Dogs and monkeys

I am quoting here under the news report from Times of India of yesterday:
"STRAY DOGS BITE BOY TO DEATH IN S. DELHI.
A pack of stray dogs bit a seven years old boy to death after he accidentally fell on one of them while playing at a grave yard near his house in the Okhla area of southwest Delhi on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the boy, Mamun, was on a mound of sand with his friends when tripped and was rolling down on a dog. The startled animal started barking at him, attracting other dogs towards the boy. Before he could get up, one of dogs had caught him by neck."
Is the Local Government listening. perhaps NO. There is a almost daily talk even in our Colony as well of the menace caused by the dogs and monkeys. Even repeated requests to MCD, has not not brought any perceptible relief.

Is the Kejriwal Government listening? more

In Delhi Monkeys, Dogs and Cattle seems to be having more rights than the poor human beings. However I blame humans who have created this situation. Time and again I find so called activists only trying to save the stray animals and many of them go out to feed them in public places although it is an offence to feed them. No authority is ready to take any action. more
Dear Mr Ramesh The Self Styled Animal Welfare Activists Have Been Down Grading Human Rights Vis a vis Animal Rights For Ulterior Motives l NGO's Funding For Pretended Animal Compassion Is From Unknown Sources & Most Of The Group Members Are Found Prone To Offer Mere Lip Service For Abandoned Pets Or Showering Compliments '' sho sweet/sho cute'' etc Just to See Their Names In Print And Least Concerned About Loss Of Precious Human Life ! more
That is a good development. The human rights commission has also taken note of this and said that human rights is very important than the animal rights. WHichis very true. more
I am happy read a report in the News paper that Delhi High Court has suo moto notice of the incident of the death of the boy caused by dogs a few days back. The Delhi Government has responded to the news. Perhaps , Kejriwal Government is not concerned with the death of the boy, AAP may also be more sympathetic to the dogs and monkeys, than to the welfare of the human beings. Now a days people are scared of the dogs and monkeys in all the colonies. But nobody appears to be concerned to redress this problem. Thanks to the Delhi High Court for taking up the issue. Let us hope it may some direction to the local bodies. I further wish to mention that the owners of the pet dogs are also responsible for : !. Taking their dogs for a walk and to relieve natural call on the road, service lanes and even parks, 2. Thus the road or service lanes become so full of shit that it becomes difficult to walk. 3. As the parks are not spared by such people, the parks become unusable for children to play. 4. At times the Pet dogs are quite furious and even bite. I wish some penal clauses must be introduced by the civil authorities in rules and regulations. more
