Mentaly and economicaly harrasement of Indian Bank erstwhile Allahabad Bank

my father retired from Indian Railways. He was the pensioner of erstwhile allahabad bank wright ganj ghaziabad. He passed away in february 2021. On 21st February I contacted to Asstt. Manager for further action regarding his pension as a nominee. He called me next month. When I contacted him on 3rd March, he adviced to wait till his pension stop and told to come in next month. I met him next month i.e. April 2021 for the same. He found that his pension stopped than he gave me a form to be filled by me and submit to the bank including required documents which I submitted everything. He told me to contact him after 1 week. when I contacted him, he said the issue has been stuck for confirmation in CPPC of Indian Bank. I wrote by mail to Indian bank customer care, zonal officer, even cppc but did not get reply from their side. The astt. manager told me after calling their seniors that no staff is attending there so that they are unable to give confirmation. I also wrote to RBI where they give me complaint number. The Issue of clsoing account and balance fund transfer stuck at cppc since 45 days. more

All you do is write a registered letter in detail enclosing all copies of all related documents to the concerned bank, their respective HQ department, Executive Director, National pension authority, as well to the concerned ministry asking them to restore pension, if applicable to the nominee. Also post all copies of the correspondence in social media. Incase you don't get your problems addressed, you take proper guidelines from MYADV.IN, which is free for deserving cases. more
