railway worker are so lazy.we have to put their target and quality of the work other wise we have deduct their salary.we have to put quality checker of all the activity of the worker and officer.if any fault saw in that work they direct comp lent to the C.W.M/A.D.M website. G.M will take direct solution on that day. if that problem did not solve then that problem direct transfer to G.M. he will take the solution and give the punishment to officer.if worker and officer work properly automatically railway will be better.i have seen in railway workshop nashik they work ony 3hr .thats why their production are very slow. more
If we want India to become a place fit to live happily, we as citizens have a very big role to play. Let us not obey the laws just because law keepers are watching. Simultaneously, the Govt too should implement the laws without prejudice. The law should be the same for the rich & poor, the weak & the powerful. Reward & Punishment must be meted out without delay. more
Make India a better and safer place irrespective of religion of its citizens more
I accept sanjeevkumar dhudse views,i had been to Kashmir,Srinagar gulmarg etc,its like an Pakistan ,we should make other Indians to live there ,for that govt should give protection, otherwise we will loose our control in Kashmir and any other parts,if we live only particular community to dominate. more
