Kindly replace with " the Supreme Court " , the text of " the Hyderabad high Court " Please . Extremely sorry for the gross mistake . The Telangana Government at the public interest opted survey of Private Schools and Colleges on the Amenities etc., . At least at the end of this Academic year , there shall be a clause of minimum open Space for Assembly and Play/ relax at intervals . more
nothing will happen, 90% schools and colleges are run by politicians and businessmen, it is waist of time going to court and feeding advocates more
Since this ill-full anti-social and anti-national issue increasing becoming intolerable , the Hyderabad High Court in a different type of issue appointed a Team of Lawyers to study the situations at the Government Colleges . 2 days back , there was a fight from or, created from the Parents side with a Private College whose revolt made the management of the College to reduce 10% Fee . It is the absolute undemocratic way of governance allowed by even the Judiciary which did not opt at Sumo-to address the articles pertaining to Educations specifically adopted in the Constitution THOUGH , THERE WERE INCIDENTS OF HIGH COURTS JUDGEMENTS ABOUT THE ABNORMAL COLLEGE FEES BUT ONLY CARED ON THE Engineering and Medical where only Wealthy Stalwarts can enter . This is also an another Pathetic condition to Indian Children . more
this is quarterly fees at PVT school more
