MIGRAIN PAIN

IS THERE ANY CURE FOR MIGRAIN PAIN... when it happens it makes me senseless.it happens on one side of head n cause vomett sensation. pls help if any one have any cure i usually take tab vasograin or diamox. but i need permanent cure for this or SOS at the time it happens.
pls help more
