Can't expect FSSAI to act. It is a passive institution. Lets get together in social boycott of milk brand that supplies suspect chemical milk. more
The best way to test milk is to make curd. If curd formation is FIRM, THEN THE QUALITY OF MILK IS GOOD else it contains Formalin or hydrogen peroxide or Caustic soda. If the milk curdles after boiling or some time then also good coz pure milk certainly curdle after some time Manjeev aggarwal 9416023092 A dairy laboratory equipment manufacturer more
We are not told the truth about the "pasteurised milk", a misnomer for the term 'milk' that comes direct from mothers, cows, bufallows, etc that lactate. That is pure milk. Pasteurised milk is nothing but 'Milk Whitener'. The Government of India is suggested to define "Milk" as the one that come direct from the milking (lactating) animals. The Mother Dairy is also, accordingly, a misnomer. Amul Milk is not the "milk", but a product that is manufactured in factories by a chemical process including pasteurisation. There are three items which I would suggest the Government to get supplied in the purest form that we have been using in India for numerous generations: Hing (Asafoetida), Milk, and more item that I am forgetting at the moment and will comeback to it later. more
The certificate issued by FSSAI for packaged food has to be believed. more
Folks, it is generally easy for observers to believe anything that projects negativity. Be honest with yourselves and you'll find this statement to be true. We live in Kaliyug, where doubt, mistrust, aggression and cheating would rule the roost. Look at the millions of CCTV cameras being installed all over the country. These funds would actually have found themselves useful for water harvesting, providing potable water and electricity to the people of this country. Soooooo much money is being wasted on projects to control and perhaps prevent cheating in general. Only, because the significance of TRUST has disappeared out of our day-to-day life. Must it be so? Think about it !!!!! more
