Minimising Sleep disruptions

This is I believe a serious issue with us Indians as we stay up late as a society and those with children and family responsibilities wake up early.

And for some. sleep has actually gotten disrupted post Covid.

Follow this night routine to improve your sleep quality:

Wind down by avoiding food 3 hours before bed.
Unwind by stepping away from work 2 hours prior.
Turn off any screens 1 hour before sleep to let your mind rest.

Sleep well ! more

Covid is an emergency disturbance for normal life, Life is not, We must plan what is fit to become normal and lead for a healthy life. sleep is a must every day 6 to 8 hours to keep our body stress free and more relaxed to fit physically. Never to be ignored. more
