Minimum Processes for Entreprenuers

If any Citizen wants to establish a Business then he has to tackle lot of processes beside investment, production & marketing. There is requirement of simplification of these processes. The minimum processes to be completed by Entrepreneurs are as follows:
1) One has to enroll his Business at Registrar of firms
2) One has to enroll and deal with Income Tax department
3) One has to enroll and deal with Service Tax Department
4) One has to enroll and deal with Sales Tax Department
5) One has to enroll and deal with Profession Tax office
6) One has to enroll and deal with Employees provident fund office
7) One has to enroll and deal with Labour office central & state
8) One has to enroll and deal with LBT office wherever applicable
9) One has to enroll and deal with department where he will provide his services or approve the material.
If anyone has capacity to deal with these departments simultaneously doing his own Business, then only he can carry out his Business smoothly.
Most of peoples do not dare to proceed due to complications in doing business or try to escape from it.
Is it possible to simplify the processes?
Can we do business by dealing at one Government Window? more

Mr Patle is absolutely right as one required to register with all these departments and also require to monitor regularly regarding returns and other necessary process to run the business. I thing could have been better if govt open a single window system for all these departments for start ups. more
@ Sunjai Goenka (Entrepreneur, Exporter, Thinker), you may be right. However, govt. website shall limit the number of departments and it would be common for all states. Moreover it could avoid extra money needed for getting approvals. more
@ Raghunandan Maniyedath, You mean to say one should employ a CA and give him unlimited budget to get approvals? If one can't do then it could be handed over to CA for his/her fees only and nothing more. more
