Minimum wages for educated individuals working in private companies
I was surprised to note that, in a country, where minimum wages for educated / qualified individuals working / aspiring to work in private companies are still not defined even after the british left us, we are talking of minimum wages of illiterate people, who are getting good money without defined legislation. I could have easily chosen Rs 10000/- per month for a full time work, but decided to chose "Can't Say".
Because, India is full of exploitation as some employers here chose to retrench skilled people drawing decent wages and replace them with unskilled personnel and lower wages only to cut down the costs. Live Example - Ingersoll-Rand India and Dresser-Rand India, Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad. I have bore the brunt of these company's foolish decision making process.
So finally would like an invite for skilled and qualified people to define their minimum wages and avoid exploitation. more
