Ministers personal staff gets pension after two and half years when government employees need 10 years service. Personal staff do not have any qualification requirements too. Pension is given from tax money of hardworking public.

To my knowledge in State Governments, any Minister has two types of P.As working under them. The CM will stipulate the number of Govt.PAs and number of Personal PAs. Personal PAs are taken from the party circles as per whims and fancy of Minister, while Govt.PAs are drafted from Government Servants who are working in any of the Govt. offices. The Govt. PAs are allowed to do receiving files intended for Minister, writing gist of the matter for the minister to give opinion and other official matters. But the Personal PAs are all powerful and will be having 24hour contacts with Minister and doing all matter not connected with his official work.However, he will assess the matter of the file in terms of money and inform the Minister that if minister approves so much advantages will be reaped by people and hence he will help to decide the quantum of cuttings to be collected.

Why do you need qualification requirements? As long as a person is doing their job well there should be no need for any formal qualifications.

Article 19 (g) stipulates qualification under Justice Condition.
Salary is not a Right in both Private & govt Sector as confirmed by SC. It is remuneration paid for work done. Pension is linked with Service and Salary both in Private and Govt Sectors .
Contractors , Groups of Mediators also perform for certain period and Pension etc benefits Shall be linked to Period of Service and Salary amidst disciplinary Proceedings.
Any Worker do come under this Type to be qualified for PF , Gratuity, Pension etc Benefits. All not to hang on People's contributions andTaxes AND IS THE ISSUE OF JUSTICE.

Politicians and their staff are being paid from taxpayers money. Let them have contributory pension, after their tenure. Why to have taxpayers contributions. 2.1 years social service(self service) enable politicians and their staff to get statutory pension. Why nobody is questioning? They changed pension scheme for government employees to contributory pension scheme citing treasury loss etc, who will be in public service for a minimum of 20 years.

All Political Personalities Shall be subjected to 15 Years/ like Private Sector. INJUSTICE MUST BE REVOKED . Executive and SC need to be People Oriented I. e , the General Public and is only a Justified Application. Localcircles Management to move this issue to All Stakeholders under Public Interest .

Government employees are eligible for retirement only after 55 years but not in case of Personal staff. Central government should fix this issues to avoid looting tax money.
