Mobile after sale service standards
Why is no Indian body holding these MNCs accountable. If its a manufacturing defect, what is the complaint process to BIS such that if they dont resolve consumer grievance they can face licence cancellation.
They sell a phone for 50000 which for many is 3 months of income and the way they withdraw support when you have a bad device is just pathetic.
Please advise and if possible share standards with us if they exist. more
