why did Modi not share local circles as an Indian application of useful social media with Zuckerberg. He should have explained to Zuckerberg how people connected for particiapting in various causes like Blood, cancer, swachha bharat are a better example of governance social media than a facebook which is not for cause and useful things. May be local circle ought to showcase its work to Modi. more
