Reserving the issue of intolerance for their political campaigns as and when required , THE CONGRESS PARTY WILLFULLY SET OFF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF UNIFORM CIVIL CODE UNDER ARTICLE 44 EVEN AFTER THE SUPREME COURT IN 90s ITSELF DIRECTED THE CONGRESS GOVERNMENT . They also reserved for continuance the issue of Casts without implementing Economy based Assistances though No article of the Constitution named the issue of Casts for Reservations, Welfare benefits etc., EXCEPT THE ISSUE OF [i ] SCHEDULED CASTS [ ii ] SCHEDULED TRIBES . They did never bother even though number of Senior Legal Advocates seconded and supported the detailed and factual democratic conclusion of applying Economy Based Reservations & concessions provenly cited by Sri Nani Phalkiwala . The govt has worked & is working no other govt has worked so far. Major concern BJP is not successful in making people realize. I have written many times the lack of witty & preparedness of party spokesman who digress the issue rather than listing the work done when questioned on the work done. Except failure to control prices of some items rest all are working fine despite severe droughts for last couple of years & meltdown of global economy. Opposition has totally overshadowed the good work done by dictating the narrative of intolerance. God knows when people will realize this & vote for good parties more
