I think the government need to increase the service tax slab from 10 lakhs to 25 lakhs for commercial flats or houses given for rent because if the rent crosess just 10 lakhs, the owner need to give service tax apart from income tax which is a burden for a small sum of money. Government kindly look into the same please more
