Most of the rules, fines laws, etc. have become old and outdated. Can they be rethought and new laws can be set? If this is made compulsory and continuous process, all outdated laws will get reformed. New laws also can be inserted. more

The problem is not old laws. It keeps amending. The real problem is there is no will / interest for speedy justice & justice in real sense leaving few Gud advocates & judges. more

This could be possible when both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and , minimum 16 States are confined to correct and regulate with equal interest . During 1990 -2000 , there were many anti elements set in that have been disturbing and destructing the fraternity , integrity and even the national interest . The issue of 2005 Amendment Act to Indian Succession is also such while the governments did not care to implement some articles of the constitution for Uniform Civil Code , Earning Facilities [ livelyhood ] Education , and Healthcare . There is really a challenging commitment to the Indian Law Council in finalizing the requisite issues under the Constitutional spirit and concept please . more
