Most schools not following SC order to cut 15% tuition fee

Many of you have raised the issue of increase in school fee despite classes continuing online. To measure the extent of the issue, we had conducted the survey in which some of you participated. Below is the link to the survey report:

School Fee Survey - July 2021

Do share the same with your contacts, social media and most importantly your Chief Minister so the State Government implements the Supreme Court order of reducing tuition fee by minimum 15% if classes are held online. more

Mr.CSN Sharma...I have lost faith in our judiciary and the judicial system. So no use in depending on our shameless judiciary who also takes bribes to grant bail and parole to one and all including anti nationals, crooks, corrupt, rapists, murderers etc more
NJAC was refused by SC. Fault is with Policing, Advocates, Political Authorities. SC should have Vigilance Cell . JUDICIAL REFORMS ARE MUST more
The Government at the centre should table the Judicial accountability bill and get it passed. Also the independence of the judiciary should be scrapped and they should be reporting to the PM and President. more
There is no Remedy Except taking over by Indian Military more
Nothing is going to change until and unless all the people join hands and start a revolution on a very big scale more
SC also to be Preferred more
The school authorities have poor regards to the SC direction and they are hand in gloves with corrupt officials, who protect them. more
Nexus with Political Authorities must be Curbed more
So called Public School managements are trully uncontrollable till now. No Govt. was ever serious to administer or address the issue as no sight of ending common public sufferings. CM of Delhi raised the voice to get the financial matter audited by competent authority but Union Govt. hardly bothered to move a single step. Top court has given a verdict but why union Govt. could not issue an order in this respect to state Govt. & UTs to comply. School managements are not using electricty, transport and other facilities and there is a huge savings, why the management failed to cut down the fees rather compelling parents to pay higher fees. Is it a justifiable idea, Govt. is not able to realise it? So sad, who bothers for common people in this country? Privatisation has it's impact on education everywhere but corrective measures are very important right now. more
Audit Analysis and Assessment r must in Educational Institutions more
Dear Mr. C. R. Ram, I do not agree with you. The teachers need to be paid and they are being paid. Everyone has taken a cut or have lost their jobs and those who have not are sitting at home and teaching thru Zoom. Now the school does not have to pay electricity charges, very little as no one is present, They dont have to pay water charges too and maintenance will be very little as there are no students. Therefore they cannot loot families by raising their fees to over 50%. more
