Mr. Subodh..... I think your point of view is baseless and totally rubbish... Its the Govt responsibility to improve the condition of land transportation and increase the mode of transportation.... If everyone starts to pay double the amount of money then how would the common man survive.... Students coming to IGNOU might not be from affluent families or rich enough to pay double the amount of money.... It would be harsh on such people...... Moreover there were bus services in IGNOU router earlier which got discontinued due to unknown reasons... My suggestion is that the Govt should start some mode of transportation rather than leaving it to the private tampoos which are costly, unsafe and uncomfortable... more
