MRP disregard by Amazon Now
Seems like Amazon Now app is a big flop ln terms of delivery, it also has no regard for MRP.

Even Many times they are unable to deliver at home. Consumer affairs ministry shall set some guiding rules for such businesses. Also shall spell out the responsibilities, accountability, penalties & punishments. It would be highly helpful if they lodge a portal for customer grievances. So as to ensure fairness & transparency in business. more

I have been buying certain medicines every month from the same shop. Two months back they charged 6% state GST and 6% central GST over and above MRP. Last month and this month they changed their invoice pattern. They showed a separate reduced price for GST purpose and added GST as above in such a way that the MRP price did not exceed. Only thing is that the invoice contained several columns. more

a consumer court case should be filed and be rest assured you will get the refund plus additional compensation and legal charges. more

When a trader makes such a mistake in India and caught, that trader is being punished. But companies like Amazon have full support of Govt. Despite many pointing out this our Govt. continues to support. That is our Govt. more
