M/S UNITECH, Gurgaon
M/S UNITECH has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
All their projects are reported to be stalled for quite some time and there appears no hope of immediate revival.
There was recent news of legal case of cheating their customers in Gretaer Noida and arrest followed by immediate bail to its senior officials.
Unfortnutately, we have also invested in their EXQUISITE project in Nirvana 2 gurgaon and all our life savings coupled with Bank Loan to make payments to Unitech; are stuck with them without any progress during last 2 years. M/S Unitech staff is of no help and written communications are unanswered.
Can some one suggest / help in approaching appropriate forum and the procedure involved to lodge a formal complaint and seek legal remedy?

Government machinery is responsible for the present state of affair. No control or regulation by Government. more

You are in Delhi you are nearer to UNITECH office. What happened after the arrest of Mr. Will it help us I gone to consumers court what about you more

I am stuck with them as I have invested a large sum of money with them some years back and have not received the interest so far. Also sadly, I am without a job trying to take care of my mother who is of 86 years and without a saving to fall back too. Unitech should start selling their land bank in order to get their promises honoured. I am sure that everyone would agree to this?? This company was one of the best in all respects some time back but now god only knows what has happened to them?? more

We are also a victim of Unitech since 2011 as we have booked a Flat in South Park - Tower A1 and they have not even started. Kindly help to get it started or get the refund.. more
