MST ppl in sleeper class

Yesturday I made I journey from Bareilly to Ahmedabad I seen till Ajmer there is no control of TTE, GRP and RPF. All MST holder from Amroha to Delhi will not allow to seat even passenger holding reservation of seat, no use to telling police and TTE some time they will not come to coach. I seen police ppl they do not buy tkt and forcefully seat in sleeper class even they not on duty. If really railway want security then must look in this issue more

This is most common but not attended to PROBLEM on many-many other segment too,not only in Sleeper, rather in AC Coaches also. more
This is a similar situation and a everyday thing if you travel from Gulbarga to Bangalore.. No one can Board the train easily in these trains let alone sitting. UDYAN exp. is one.. more
Once I faced it myself when a TTE allotted my upper birth to a general ticket passenger saying he will get down at next station which is 2 hours from now and took Rs.50 from him. When I protested the TTE said "Why are you getting so hyper? You are not using the seat let others use it." My reply was simple "Why are you selling my seat in front of me? Its my right if I want to allow others to use it or not" But such things do happen and very clearly all TTEs and RPF official are hand in glove. more
It is a very common practice in Northern India. We can not travel in sleeper class without MST passengers specially in day time (from 0600 Hrs to 2000 Hrs). If passengers object they abuse and even harm them. It is worst picture of India Railway. I have seen the same in Gomti Express CC class also. more
such issues are seen in many areas, railway has to take care of this. more
