Multiple UAN nos
I have worked in three diff organisations. Thanks to the efficiency of the HR on-boarding team I have 3 UANs now. I can access only one through EPFO site since i can link my phone no to only one.
I have two queries
1. How do I merge/link all UANs to one?
2. Is there any other way I can see my PF details on three accounts? more

hi you can merge your account through your UAN A/c registration Via Membership portal - previous membership ID one by one. more

While your suggestions on not furnishing the info to changed org. is correct, many times, the Organisations do not have a proper HR Dept, to deal with such matter's, if having, the HR is toothless to the directions of management, why then the PF Inspector's have not had interactions with contributor's ?? even today no PF inspector has the courtesy to speak to employee's, as they are in collusion with the management's of PVT. SECTOR and hence have no gut's to face the actual contributor. Today with computerization, there is hope for the contributor's., hence this generation is lucky, our generation is denied of such facilities. more

It appears when you changed the organisation you did not bother to furnish the details to your next employer. That is how you got three different UAN nos and for your fault you question HR department's efficiency. Desr once you are not aware your own PF account details how a person working in HR deptt know about this. You cannot entirely blame HR depart as you are more responsible for your callous attitude. What is happened happened, try to take up with your latest two organisations and get UAN corrected. If necessary approach the RPFC with all relevant papers to make necessary coorection through your employer. Please remember when the 1st UAN created that should only be linked and continued and other accounts should accordingly be corrected. more

There's always a single UAN linked to your mobile number and as you change orgs different PF accounts would be opened and not UAN#. You need to merge PF accts and hopefully Finance/HR dept would help in this regard. You can also create a EPFO account for ease : http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ more
