These criminals who treat women like an object or consumable goods should be hanged in public.
On the other hand it is proved that capital punishment in such cases has failed to stop such crimes and crimes are on rise in NCR. I think the only way these criminals can be discouraged from committing such crimes is a joint effort
Never ignore if someone is passing lewd remark or comment and raise alarm.
I see in many societies such things are ignored by victims and by passers and they only wake up when heinous crime is committed. We will have to come together to teach such people a lesson. more

Absolutely right such people who pass lewd remarks should be publicly hit and taken to the local police and these people should be given severe punishment . For all the rapist they must be flogged and hanged to death in public so these types of cruel act will not be done again. more

Hi, Vinay I appreciate your concern but being a Democratic country its not so easy to hang publicly, Yes Laws should be strict and time factor in court is more important , So such matters should be heard in separate court and with fix time frame. more
