Municiple Commissioners should be held responsible

Municiple heads should be sent to jail if a city is dirty and containing wide spread unauthorised constructions and enchroachments. more

It is very easy to comment comfortably. Please take a survey how many people are regularly cleaning the left outs of their own table, room, toilet, periphery & community, after the duty of domestic help / sweeper / peon etc. is over. To execute a municipal job properly & in time, you have to take care of :- 1. Tight rules & regulations of Govt. (adherence) 2. The confidence of Local management / employer (surrender). 3. The presence of different agencies & local people (interference). 4. Political pressures (insecurities). 5. Interference of Police & Administration (chaos). 6. Nuisance created by local Godfathers (fear). 7. Adverse Influence of rich & powerful Business men (helplessness). 8. Criticism of people (frustration). 9. Cheap & destructive attitude of media people (nuisance values). 10. Nexus constituted by running contractors, babus, corrupted officials (loneliness). Whenever, you fail to comply with the above and many other distracting & diverting forces, you are in great trouble and no one is there to help you out. Only Lord Krishna can find out the tricks to reach the goal successfully and that is why we pray Krishna to imbibe his qualities by regular prayer, reading, thinking, discussions in sat-sangs & ultimately executing every job fearlessly & cleverly and with due strength & deadly precision, as Krishna does. I am not joking, this is the only way to get rid of unwanted fear (fear is generated by ignorance & desire / greed), dependency on unseen fate & thereby cultivating anti working culture, expectations for some magic to happen (i.e. affinity towards short cuts) and ultimately attaining clarity of thoughts (unaffected by likings/dislikes & fear : anasakti ) & perfection in decision making and in turn in precise execution. Every local work should be awarded on time limit basis. If the work has not been completed within time limit the contractor should be black listed and penalty should be imposed. more
Municipal commissioner should assign the area to different officer for cleanliness, Road maintenance and many other local problems. If the assigned officer fails to perform duties than he should be held answerable. Necessary remarks & punishment should be made in his service record. more
