Clean : Clean India: Certification as clean city/ town of India. *Clean * 1. The mosquitoes and flies stay at dirty, say, unclean places. So, we can ask them, literally for which places are dirty. Then will point out by following their presence, i.e., their population or dense of population. 2. The pollution over the area both of water and air. Nowadays there are instruments to measure these factors. 2a. The area of treated waste- polluted water 2b. The area of untreated waste- polluted water 2c. The poison level of the atmospheric level, etc. 3. The health of the citizen is of prime importance: 3a. Number of people suffering from illness related to water and air pollution. 3b. Number of doctors and hospitals taking care of these people. 3c. The ratio of doctor/ availability of medicines including the purchasable trength of the people. 3d. Controlled diseases and uncontrolled diseases and thei status. *Clean India* All these, at least, should have met to say india is clean.
