Yes Government should legalise the corruption by fixing charges for each type of service required by citizens like for Driving licence Rs 5000 ration card Rs 10000 building permissions etc 1to 3 % of flat cost , all other service on basis of value of each service sought from Government. Even for RTI reply they can charge Rs 500 to 1000 per question if replied in proper and logical way.
By fixing charges for each service the life of citizens will become easy those with BPL ration cards to be given concession OR may be here should be a CESS for taking care of bribes to be paid to BABU by BPL families.
Please MR PM , PRESIDENT others listen to suggestions and make legal all type of corruption for seeking day to day services like ration card licence etc. from Govt Department All this should be privatized and there should be e-auction for finalisation of contractors who should be authorised to collect bribes and hand over to all BABUs as per their entitlement eligibility. Once it is privatised and rates fixed for each service the life becomes very easy

That is why people are telling Corruption nexsues will be back in the new currency. Now Political reforms in settling the cases of corrupt politiciians. Reason is available judiciary can never settle faster these cases and political corruption is like a Black Money. more

No independent body will succeed in India as the buck stops in SC and Constitution is a great business and refuge. Even a life term prisnor appeals in SC for reversal of the HC order or review for reduction in the term. Even a Hanging person to appeal to President to gain lot of time. more

Strange ideas on corruption. Corruption starts from Top to down. PM like Narendra Modi ji can administer wiith confidence and this creates fear. Demonetisation and GST are the schemes which will break Corruption nexuses over a time. more

Those who are getting benefited by corruption, have been entrusted with the eradication or reduction in the volume of corruption. These beneficiaries shall never hit the axe on the roots of corruption. An independent body like LOKPAL should be assigned this most significant job. more
