no you will have to proceed indivisualy ,where is the location of land? you may consult me i may give you a sound and authentic advice on this point because i have dealt with such issues for more than two years at delhi.----9718860044 more

The Action in multi-fold can be initiated symutinously, presuming there are similar other incidents in the same vicinity. First and foremost is to write to the Authorities seeking compensation as per the recent verdict of SC, take the acknowledgement repeat the for minimum three times so to have your valid claim. Wait for the response for couple of months and then approach to : Consumer forum, Nearby Court to lodge your independent complaint/s so to have speedy remedies. symutinously, keep corresponding with the Authorities (More carefully) for your claim without giving any "Advance Receipt / Receipt/ settlement of Claim as full and final / No claim etc in any manner directly &/or implied. You can also write to the higher-up of each state ranging from Collector till Chief minister of administrative hierarchy. more
