Sun does no distinguishing in giving energy whether you worship or not. The thought of worship is for reminding people that this is the right time to take energy and pran. more

I will attend today Chi gong (Qigong) class along with my wife and a few friends. We meet every Sunday and start with light exercises, getting energy from rising sun (Please do not be surprised, Chinese believe in positive energy and replenishing it from ether and rising sun. It has nothing to do with worshiping sun.) before we get into healing sessions, meditation and learning about various spiritual aspects of Qigong. Today is Yoga day and we will definitely share knowledge about prana (life energy, Chi) and pranayam. How I wish intellectuals and academicians discuss Dharma (not religion) and share their thoughts on continuous seeking, inclusive understanding and social, spiritual and physical empowerment and enlightenment to the righteous path. more

I am extremely happy on the International Yoga Day being declared as 21st June . I thank one Sri Rohit Kumar posted on Dr. Sri Murali Manohar Joshi ;;; and Sri Mahen Patale posted on a Safety issue of abroad ;;; both may be in February 2015 In think. The Discussions shared in both the Posts tenders the spirit of Unity and fraternity to an antiquity . Now , the subject is well dressed with the best possible participation by the UNO as anticipated. more
