MY EPF account with M.P.Tourism

Dear Sir,
I worked with M.P.Tourism in 1979 to 1987 and I resigned in 1987 January.
I did not withdrew any amount from myy epf account and now I do not remember my account details.
I do remember that in 1987 amount in my account was around Rs 33000/
How I can withdraw the money from my account now.

Every organisation issues yearly PF statement detailing PF No., Employee Contribution, Employer Contribution, interest received, loan paid/refunded and Year-end closing balance. In MP, the PF office is located in Indore. There is a form to claim refund. After submission of form, it requires personal follow-up. Now in on-line system, there are few documents to be submitted online/offline. more

You need to know full name of yr employer under which contrbution was remitted. In addition to this you shd know pf regn. Number of yr employer , month and amount conyrubuted last and in which year. You shd find out in which pf office this was deposited. After gathering all deyails you can write to concerned pf office for refind. May be a trip will be needed. How come you kept quite for 30 years more

Pl check the salary slip (if at all its kept as almost 30 yrs are passed) to get the PF account number. Alternatively, pl send formal request to the MP tourism admin department to get your PF account number. Once known, you can register in UAN portal and then can initiate online withdrawal. more
