my house is without power connection for last 8 years. my family is displaced for last 8 years. it is case of SDO Mathura road.DHBVN. They discontinued my power supply since sept 2012 because of non payment. non payment occurred due to wrong metre reading & higher billing. after continouse request it was corrected and amount of Rs 8114 deposited online on 8sept 2012. since then I m requesting SDO Mathura road for restoration of power and metre but they are not doing rather than they have given a notice of for payment of Rs 162000 in dec 2018. when I complained it to CGRF SDO said that there is release of power ban in that location. my family is now displaced from my own house because there is no power connection. I m requesting SDO daily but it is of no use SDo reply is that they are looking it, checking it. this is condition of india in 2019. more

Approach Electricity Regulatory Board by writing a serious letter in sequence. Attach all documentary proofs. Endorse a copy of your letter to Consumer court. You may also take advice of an advocate, in case possible to pay his professional charge, if not, you can select an advocate free of cost from MYADV.COM. Share all documents in social media. You will get justified action. feed back status. more

Even if you not using any electricity you should pay some fixed charge as per KV alocated. For a closed house, we should apply for a Electricity disconnection request. Employee come to your place and disconnect and give you in writing. They also maintain the same in their record. Then only you will not get any bill further. more
