My Review Petition in Supreme Court.
I am from Chennai and was working in a petroleum Refinery at Chennai under the Central petroleum Ministry during 1969 to 1975 was removed from service at the age of 28 during the National Emergency declared in 1975 by late Indira Gandhi.Litigation is going on since 1975 and now in Supreme court as Review petition since 2011.Concerned Advocate in Delhi not taking any interest to dispose the petition early .As a Senior citizen,I request any Lawyer to help me.

Early (in)justice or delayed which is better, the weak poor litigant has three options or to reconcile. Will grapes sour? I try resisting to reconcile. K.S.Nagarajan. more

You can try to get the attention of the court by sending an Appeal addressed to the Chief Justice directly, clearly mentioning the details of the case in a compact fashion. Hope the Court will take suo moto action on your petition. more

Dear Verma, It will be costing you too much, so it is my view and suggestion that you approach myadv.com and select your lawyer, who will render free service. All private lawyers are bred winners for their family and they will expect their fees from you. more
